Trina Hahnemann has for several years been a consultant on issues concerning the promotion of healthy and good-quality food in the workplace, and on reinvigorating and improving corporate canteens. The consultancy comprises everything from food quality and menu innovation to staff management and training.

The quality

Her consultancy has lately focused more broadly on the quality and composition of dishes and meals supplied by hotels, restaurants, and in take-away concepts. She has, for example, recently been a consultant to Copenhagen Zoo.

The meal

Trina’s main interest is in everyday food, and in easy but tasteful and nourishing meals, the quality of which she wants to improve. As a consultant, Trina uses her long experience as an chef, entrepreneur and a business manager, as well as her strong opinions on food. She teaches both professionals and lay people.
